1. MoneyGram: Payment instructions are sent automatically, then resent one more time manually. You will receive these instructions immediately after you place an order. 2. PayPal (Existing Customers Only): Any new customer who wants to use this method will need to have made 3 completed orders to qualify.
How to Make a Payment?
1. Once items are in cart, click “CHECKOUT”. 2. Click “PLACE ORDER” if all information is entered correctly. 3. When you click “PLACE ORDER” you will be given an Order Number and MoneyGram Details where to transfer money (Name, City, and Country). An order confirmation will also be sent to your email. 4. Once you receive an Order Confirmation you have to make a payment in 48 hours. 5. DO NOT SEND ONLINE! You have to send payments from a MG physical store. 6. Please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) after you make the payment and provide the following information: – Sender’s name – Sender’s birthdate – MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) – Amount Sent 7. Your order will have on-hold status until we confirm that payment has been received. 8. Once we receive your payment we will send you an confirmation email with the status of your order. 9. When payment is picked up the Order Status will update to Processing and you will receive an email order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email shipment notification containing your EMS/USPS tracking number and Order Status will update to Complete. * Please note, new users must create an euroids.net account in order to place an order, the account can also be created automatically on the Checkout page. You may check the status of your order by your email or logging into your euroids.net account. Important Notices 1. What Does My Order Status Mean?
On Hold – Order has been placed, awaiting payment. Pending – Payment has been submitted awaiting Collection. Processing – Payment has been received. Complete – Order has been shipped.
What about SHIPPING?
We ship Worldwide! The following two options are available for International Shipping: 1. EMS International Tracked: 20$ (Includes Tracking Reference). 2. USPS Priority Mail: 50$ Shipping in 1-3 Business Days (Not available at the moment) Estimated delivery time: Europe: 3-10 Working Days USA: 5-10 Working Days Rest of the World: 7-10 Working Days

Refunds and Reship Policy
We will reship your order absolutely at no cost if: – Due to an error from our end, if the customer receives a wrong package, the customer can post a request and we will reship the order with correct products. – If the package is sent to a wrong address due to an error from our end. – If you receive damaged goods. – No refunds will be issued once payment has been received and products dispatched. Upon delivery you become the legal owners of the goods and these goods are not returnable. * No reship policy for Brazil, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Italy, Norway, and Singapore.
